I purchased it specifically to get it next day and it arrived 4-days later because they were busy. I had to purchase a secondary one because of this and was hugely inconvenient. Nothing arrived. Tracking was useless as the one provided didn’t allow me to track a thing. Spoke to seller who said they was out of office until Monday so nothing could be done , messaged again Monday and was was told it’s a priority and will get to me at the end of the week. Today refunded with no contact. Absolutely disgusting service. Parcel was held for an unknown reason, we opened a search with DPD which was resolved with support from our DPD account manager.
