    Possibly the worst seller I've encountered on ebay in 24 yrs. Mat didn't fit my van as stated so I returned for refund, I selected 'didn't fit' by mistake instead of 'wrong item sent' so had to pay return postage, fine, no big deal it was £3. Sent the mat back in the original condition, never used (as didn't fit) in original packaging day after I got the postage label. Seller claims item wasn't in original condition so only refunded £7 instead of £20. Ebay stepped in and refunded full amount.
