    That was a very annoying experience. I was sent the wrong item a box of dinosaurs, I ordered envelopes. The products they sent me were very expensive in comparison to what I bought. Communication was completely rubbish. All I wanted them to do is send me a box of envelopes. I returned the item straight away but they didn’t send the envelope. They gave me a refund. I don’t think they were bothered about customer service one little bit. Communication was dire.

    Good quality and condition and very good value. Fast delivery using Royal Mail. I always prefer to use sellers that use Royal Mail for delivery, as I have a problem with Evri in that 2 in every 3 items I order where Evri are the courier despite using their app. when they say they are delivering they are not only late but usually do not deliver that day and despite updates they often deliver up to a week later. Evri have serious problems
