    I ordered this quite a long time ago.. it must of been 3 weeks before it arrived..as it was lost in transit the seller refunded me my money back..I informed the seller that it finally arrived but had no response .. contact behand was quite quick and reassuring for future purchases.. would recommend seller ..it just a shame that the postal service let me and the seller down on this occasion..

    My original parcel was missing in transit but as soon as I queried this with the seller I was immediately offered a replacement or a full refund. I requested a replacement which arrived within a couple of days. Top marks for customer service. The item was well packaged. I've used the emery boards and the quality is excellent. These are professional podiatory quality.

    After my original error missing "collection only" of product from Lancashire, nowhere near where I live and message saying seller "refuses cancellation" when I had done this in the 5-10 mins after placing order by mistake, and hindrance of Bank Holiday weekend closure, seller was very helpful and activated the refund and monies now received in my account so am thanking them again for their help in this matter.
