The dog pram is exactly as described. The size is suitable for my elderly dog,who is a shizu cross westie, to lay down. Love the fact you can have the hood down or up with the front and/or back open.     I knew it was a refurbished item. When I received it the box was damaged and some pieces of the item were damaged. I sent them a message and very quickly it was dealt with, I got to keep the item and a full refund was given back no issues at all.     AMAZING seller! Got this really smart cooler unit at a great price but it was faulty and kept stopping! Contacted seller and was amazed when they quickly agreed to send a new replacement unit out immediately, without having to return the faulty unit!
