The dog pram is exactly as described. The size is suitable for my elderly dog,who is a shizu cross westie, to lay down. Love the fact you can have the hood down or up with the front and/or back open.     I knew it was a refurbished item. When I received it the box was damaged and some pieces of the item were damaged. I sent them a message and very quickly it was dealt with, I got to keep the item and a full refund was given back no issues at all. Thank you to all the people that were involved in helping me out with this matter. Kept in touch until the matter was solved. I will definitely return back and I highly recommend them.     AMAZING seller! Got this really smart cooler unit at a great price but it was faulty and kept stopping! Contacted seller and was amazed when they quickly agreed to send a new replacement unit out immediately, without having to return the faulty unit! Received replacement unit within 3 days and it works great. Seller kept in contact at all times.
