The dog pram is exactly as described. The size is suitable for my elderly dog,who is a shizu cross westie, to lay down. Love the fact you can have the hood down or up with the front and/or back open. It was easy to assemble. Great value and the packaging ensured it arrived in good condition. Great seller.

    Our second time dealing with seller. First time superb service. This time we had a short delay in receiving the shipment and the colour of the item was wrong. We ordered white and received an off-white/cream colour. Box code correct, item inside wrong. We did not complain or request a return as item is heavy and bulky so it would be more of a pain to exchange then just settle. Item quality is average. Condition was brand new and very well packed. Would recommend seller and try again.

    AMAZING seller! Got this really smart cooler unit at a great price but it was faulty and kept stopping! Contacted seller and was amazed when they quickly agreed to send a new replacement unit out immediately, without having to return the faulty unit! Received replacement unit within 3 days and it works great. Seller kept in contact at all times.
