The mug pictured was not the mug delivered. I specifically chose this design because the word 'EVER' was spelled correctly. However, I received the item that is printed 'EVEN' which is not the same. I contacted the seller upon discovering the item was incorrect and did not receive a response (this review is three days after the item was received and the message was sent). False advertising with the photo. High cost to sell a lightweight cube. Slow shipping for the price. No communication.

The good news? I got the mug, just as pictured/ described. My friend loves her gift. Not so good news, despite the questionable feedbacks, and no replies to my messages, I went ahead and ordered, thinking the seller is in Australia, I'll pay the shipping, nah, they're in Tennessee (Kentucky? one of those states...) one of those set ups in a fed ex building/industrial park, and I have a $50 mug. 😆 🤦Live & learn .

I ordered this mug then realised that it would not arrive in time as it was intended as a gift. I contacted the seller asking if it would be possible to cancel the order. The seller was very kind and agreed to cancel the order for me and then issued me with a full refund. It’s good to know that there still some nice people out there. Thank you 😊
