  The product was used and i was aware of but they sayd is not defective. So when i received the fixing clips on one side they were bent really bad but the box in perfect codition. So they didn't checked properly the item... 15% discount wich is nothing but at least they will learn to check properly before sending. Really hard to make them understand... around one week with several photos and they still think that was because of the postage. Pay atention before buying
