There was a small issue with the appearance but I contacted the seller who was super responsive and provided great customer service. The item I recieved was in newly painted condition, so it was not sitting on a shelf getting scratched up. It came unfolded in a large protective box and overall I think it was a great value for a painted part for a home repair. Great job to this company!

The paint matched the color of my truck perfectly. The bumper was packed very well and the shipping was very quick! I want to state that I did receive the incorrect bumper initially. However, I communicated that to the seller and they were kind enough to send me the correct one without the hassle of returning the incorrect one that I received initially. Great seller!

Not a bid deal but placing some foam at the sharp corners at the top of the headlight area would have prevented that. Otherwise great transaction.

The product arrived damaged, but I believe that was delivery fault. I reached out to let the seller know this and they issued me a full refund. I may have not got the correct part but the seller made sure to refund me my money, solid business practice!
