  Item is described as 'Unbranded' - arrived packaged in a George by Asda box. Found the exact item on Asda's website being sold at nearly half the price. No response from seller regarding a refund. Only positive was dispatch/delivery time and it was a new product, but feel scammed at paying nearly twice the price for supermarket furniture.

  Sent the wrong item, tried contacting to let them know after initial response and replying after a good few days. They wanted me to send photos of the product which I did. The seller has gone ghost has not got back to my messages or communication have been waiting two weeks no to hear from them. I have given up now accepted the loss.

  This item never arrived after waiting two weeks. Claimed a refund, dismal contact with seller blaming the courier however several other reviews have stated the same thing. So a decent company would look at switching courier. I won't buy anything else from this seller and would suggest others avoid as well.
