  I requested a return on 20th January because the item was not as described. Although the seller said returns accepted, they proved very unwilling. I returned the item using acourrier and tracked the return. After several evasive responses from the seller, I eventually involved Ebay's buyer protection service who were excellent. I received my refund on 10th February. IF YOU WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM TO THIS SELLER, EXPECT DIFFICULTIES. I will not use them again.

  Took ages to arrive. It’s not a GIVI bag as advertised, a cheap replica. Magnets in the tank bag are not strong enough and it tries to come off as you are riding. Contacted seller but no response, asked to send it back, no response. Bag is dangerous and distracting as you are riding! DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!
