The seller has gone ghost has not got back to my messages or communication have been waiting two weeks no to hear from them. I have given up now accepted the loss.

    I requested a return on 20th January because the item was not as described. Although the seller said returns accepted, they proved very unwilling. I returned the item using acourrier and tracked the return. After several evasive responses from the seller, I eventually involved Ebay's buyer protection service who were excellent. I received my refund on 10th February. IF YOU WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM TO THIS SELLER, EXPECT DIFFICULTIES. I will not use them again.
