    Excellent service and price from seller, product arrived promptly and quality as described in excellent condition, connected to sky dish and inserted my viewing card, unfortunately I could not connect my box and viewing card together, contacted Sky and gave all the details for the replacement box and viewing card they could not or more likely would not connect my viewing only really interested in selling me a Sky Q package, asked for a refund and this process was easy, mulitroom now cancelled

    Good honest trader but let down by the carrier used. The carrier used was Evri! They missed the next day delivery deadline. They delivered to the wrong address!! and just dropped the parcel over 6' high gates across their drive. Fortunately, the seller had packaged it well enough the survive the drop!

    Firstly the customer communication and delivery service is very poor. I ordered and paid straight away expecting the item as advertised within 2-3 days. It arrived 11 days later. Secondly Sky no longer support these boxes and will not support pairing the viewing card with the box. This means that the box is useless. I spent a lot of time trying to resolve this. The answer is to upgrade to SKY Q that is Free of charge. A big learning curve.

    You appear to have difficulties reading very clearly detailed information....firstly we were on holiday from the 19th of august till the 2nd of sept and this was clearly displayed on every page of Ebay on all our listing and the banners follow through the entire sales process eg at the checkout and even post sale eBay's advised delivery expectation which for your order was the 3rd sept, we delivered early on the clear details you were given when ordering. we also sate about card pairing on all
