  The actual item was as described, still had the seal and was exactly what I ordered. But the packaging was poor. The cardboard box was flattened and the ends were open. I was going to give this as a gift but I can't do that now. It could have been packaged better. The shipping was fairly fast. no complaints there or with the actual product. Just wish it had been packaged better.
