But when i was installing the L-pads from a JBL crossover up grade I noticed one L-pad wasn't as long as the others was not long enough to work. Honest mistake. I contacted the seller and explained the situation, and they said keep the one that I received and sent a new one out the next day. I received the new one in a couple of days. Great customer service. Thank you.
