I was refunded. But dang it, I want the product as shown in the picture. I waited over three months and nothing. My emails were responded to promptly and professionally and I was offered a refund within the first week after I ordered it due to some shipping problems on their end but I chose to wait and simply asked for them to just send me another or resend it or whatever. I kept getting the update that there was no update so I finally said ok, refund. And I got it. Thanks.
