  Contacted seller regarding item breaking and they blamed it on myself when the item is not strong enough for use and very poor customer service skills when I advised them not friendly or professional at all did not assist me or provide an appropriate resolution and just gave me a £1.50 refund for a £10 faulty product which is broke. Terrible company do not purchase from them not worth the price at all for breaking. Not fit for use.

As mentioned, we advise using a water-based lubricant for improved glide and comfort, as our applicators are durable under normal use. When used in dry conditions, plastic parts may be more prone to damage. We offer full refunds for products returned in their original condition.
