  The item did not perform as promised, and once I contacted the seller, they informed me the manufacturer had informed them that a specific, vital function was not available for this model, although the seller uses having that function as a selling point. The seller then suggested that if I agreed to keep the item as-is, they would issue a partial refund. Which is the equivalent of accepting a defective item sold as fully functional. Plain and simple, the seller is deceptive and dishonest.
