    The item was not received after 10 days of paying for it, nor was there any evidence of it ever been posted. The seller spoke in riddles when I asked about it and I never got a straight answer to whether it was posted or not. I got a refund in the end, but what I really wanted was the item. Just be aware that you may be running in circles if you buy from this seller.

    Hmm you had bought before so bought again. Postage was bought through ebay so buyers get tracking instantly. You opened a non receipt case which gives us limited options. The only one that closes things out is refund. We happened to check some tracking outcomes moments before you opened that case & we advised of tracking issue. You queried why your item was more expensive than last year = Inflation+ On balance it all looked problematic. We refunded in full within an hour. You may still receive

    This seller was hostile from minute go. I messaged to simply ask if they had a tracking no for the item, and they answered rudely. When I confronted them on this they gave me a long list of things they had to do and they they were a small business. I'm sorry, but if you cannot even answer a simple message from a buyer and moan to them about their purchase, then you do not deserve to be a seller. I would warn anyone against using this seller, I will not be back that's for sure.

    You initially demanded express shipping & we quoted a rate - at cost but significant considering the original item price You asked if it had been sent Royal Mail & we said yes. We then supplied the tracking number - which ebay automatically supplies to buyers. Nothing was good enough. We explained how ebay works & how as a small business we have constraints yet still answered out of hours. You threatened bad feedback if we didn't do more but by then you had the item on time.
