I bought a HeroClix game figure from this seller (includes a plastic figurine and a game card). The seller sent this from Italy to Canada IN AN ENVELOPE! Not a box - a bubble envelope! Now, the figure itself was very well protected inside a cardboard tape roll. The card, on the other hand, was completely mangled up. When I contacted the seller, they told me it wasn't a big deal because "the card is less important than the figure." I think that's my decision to make, thank you very much.

Maybe you didn't notice, but the same day you asked me I gave you the full refund you asked for, so why are you leaving me a negative? Please note that feedback on eBay is a serious matter, it is not left in a superficial manner
