I was a little concerned when I received the product because some of the wires looked a bit jangy, the seller assured me that everything was fine. He proceeded to engage with me whenever I had questions and ultimately the battery has proved to be awesome. Really communicative and amazing to be able to ask questions so freely. Highly recommend. It just takes a while to ship from China and you have to be a bit patient
