  Difficult to be effusive about what is a white powder, but it was well-packaged which survived postage well and is contained in a plastick package which keeps the calcium hydroxide from altering before use. Originally bought for treating maize (which is still growing) for tortillas but encourages research into how else it can be used in the kitchen. Excellent seller, would buy again from this seller.
