    Ordered item on the 14th was told item was sent out on the 21st but it didn’t get sent until the 24th finally arrived on the 27th . Too late to be used now.

    The fault is with Royal Mail, they've not scanned the bar code on collection. They've held onto the parcel and scanned a few days later. I've been told this is down to a fault in the local sorting office.
