Service is terrible a payed around £100 for a couple of item, some of the item won’t as described or the wrong item. I contacted the seller to sort a return or refund. The seller would not cooperate on the problem with the items . I would have no problem returning for the right one or a refund. 👎🏻

I contact seller about postage as I was purchasing two items and was told postage would be £4 which I thought was good as we are talking two pieces of wire rope. When I went to pay the postage did not come up as £4 contacted the supplier and was told no problem you will get a refund as it’s easier for me to do this. Bought the door pulls great new item as to the rebate.... ......
