    The item arrived timely and when I opened the package, one of the loops were off as shown in the pic. I tried to contact the seller a few times if I need to return the item Or they can replace it. Unfortunately there was no reply. Other than the loop, the Hat was good. But, not satisfied with the service.

    Would avoid buying from this seller. Dispatched the item after almost a week, and only once I had contacted them about it. They claimed it was due to a courier issue, but I’m not so sure. Then the product i did eventually receive was the wrong colour to what I had ordered. They didn’t warn me or give me the option to say if I still wanted it. Doesn’t seem like a great way to be running a business. Basically no communication and very unprofessional.
