    This is a review more about the seller rather than the item. This seller is AMAZING! Brand new item at a decent price, items are as described, good communication, well-packaged, ships fast, and seller resolves problems quickly. There was a small defect in the the shoulder strap it's unevenly stitched, not seller's fault but Mystery Ranch's manufacturing. It rendered the backpack useless for me. The seller refunded me no fuss no drama (unlike other sellers on ebay). You can trust this seller!

    I purchased this item as soon as it was available as it was a good price, but the seller never shipped to me. After a couple of days they contacted me to say that it was sold on another platform, and at that time I've lost lots of times and similar items priced spiked and I lost my deal. After that, the seller wanted to give me some extra money to compensate but they never did. Worst experience I've ever had so far. Do not trust.
