When one of the two mugs arrived cracked (things happen, but it could have been packed better) I contacted the seller to inform of this and to see if I could keep the undamaged one and return the other. I contacted seller a total of 3 times with no response. Ebay intervened and gave a refund. Since then, the seller has contacted me 3 times wanting the cracked mug back ASAP and has not been very nice about it. Not the way I would be doing business.
