Awful product and service. Mirror was damaged (cracked at top of heart) when unpackaged and seller refuses to replace. Was delivered a month prior but safely stored and is listed as “shatterproof” so hadn’t checked. The mirror is cheap looking - if you saw it in a shop you wouldn’t pay more than £10 for this £30 thing. Seller has hidden behind policies rather than doing the right thing. Now I have a broken mirror for my daughters birthday - thank you! Avoid - do not buy from this seller!
