As others have mentioned the seller did mention 10 business days to process/ship order and resulted in slow shipping for today's standard. This can be improved on. Other than that the item was packaged well and you can tell the seller cares about their customers unboxing experience as they include some cultural Japanese thank you for purchasing note and origami. A good honest seller and would buy again.

  before I bought, She said she can ship within 5 days from the date I order, but when I already order she said she need allow up to 10 business days for shipping. But in reality, it took her 18 days for shipping And to make matters worse, I asked her several times about the tracking number, I had to track it down from the order details.
