As others have mentioned the seller did mention 10 business days to process/ship order and resulted in slow shipping for today's standard. This can be improved on. Other than that the item was packaged well and you can tell the seller cares about their customers unboxing experience as they include some cultural Japanese thank you for purchasing note and origami.
