    Earphones arrived and did not work in the audio jack as advertised. I opened the packaging to test them, and the seller only issued a partial refund, then blamed me for tearing the package. I had to escalate to get a fair outcome. Very disappointed in the lack of accountability and poor customer service. Would not buy from this seller again
