  When it arrived there was something rattling inside the unit. I contacted the seller and suggested I undid it to examine. They agreed but were quite happy to replace if necessary. We found a capacitor had fallen out, never having been soldered in the first place. Put back together and unit works just fine. Seller communication very good and helpful.
