  I have only been given the option to click ‘positive’ for this seller, but my experience was sadly very negative. It states in the sellers listing that refunds/returns are accepted, but I’ve only been offered £9 by the seller instead of £15.99. When I queried this with them, they said I can keep the dress and they will still give me £9, even though I’d explained the dress didn’t fit me. I have reported this to ebay who have confirmed I am entitled to a full refund. Please beware of this seller.

  Hi, I am sorry that you feel you had a negative experience. I offered the option of a partial refund and keep the item and you accepted it. If you wanted a full refund, you could have declined the offer and send the item back with no issues at all.
