  The hat was poorly packaged-just placed in a plastic bag in a box, which arrived crushed. The hat had one side caved in. I informed the seller and requested another, packaged better, and I would send back the damaged hat. The seller's solution was to steam out the crease, which I said wouldn't help the crease in the structure of the hat, just the outside. This is unacceptable for something sold as "NEW." Seller never responded to my 2nd message and clearly doesn't care to stand behind sales.
