    Good seller coms, delivery was absolutely rubbish, the item was shipped by Amazon, then got a new message saying it was FedEx. The items were dispatched on the 3rd of June just got them today the 7th July and on the package it was Amazon so cannot figure this out

    A great product at a great price and well packaged. Unfortunately when it was delivered we had no email notification and no card through the door to tell us it had arrived, my wife noticed it tucked between the garage and the house and we had no idea how long it had been there, but then i realised it had come via Evri and so was lucky to at least have it delivered to the correct address. Evri needs to get it's act together, they are not fit for purpose.

    DO NOT USE THIS SELLER! What a farce! Item didn't arrive. They made an excuse about courier making a mistake with the address. It allegedly was returned to the seller. Doubt it was ever shipped as the item marked 'out of stock'anf relisted at a higher price. I got a PARTIAL REFUND as I was charged REFUND FEES! Their fault so why was I charged!!!! Left without kibble for my rescue cats and had to wait 12 days for a partial refund!!! SHOP ELSEWHERE AS THIS SELLER IS A LCRUEL CON ARTIST.

    Only found out there was a problem when I enquired with seller about delivery time after 5 days with no communication or tracking info. Quick response, but told item damaged in transit, out of stock and would be 2-3 week wait for further stock. Opted for refund. Not good customer service at all and very poor communication. If I hadn;t contacted the seller to enquire about delivery, I would be sitting here forever, having spent money and received nothing.
