    The mattress we purchased came very promptly was packaged well and was as described in the advertisement. We picked it as it was great value for money but we just couldn’t get on with how firm this mattress was. After contacting the seller and arranging to return it for a swap with one more suited for our needs we have ended up with quite literally the mattress of our dreams. Excellent! This seller has the customers needs at heart and is running a great business. Great guy! 5 star business!

    The Customer Service from Maj has been 5 stars. From ordering the mattress to having it delivered he kept me up to date and replied promptly to my messages. He kept the mattress for me as I was unable to take delivery straight away. The mattress is fantastic quality at a great price. I would highly recommend this seller and would buy from again.     GREAT seller, GREAT comms, quick delivery, and the mattress is FABULOUS at a great price! Very happy, thank you Maj! But I warn buyers to get it in writing from the courier SGK that they'll deliver the mattress to your bedroom. Although this was stated in the general T&C in the email from SGK, the drivers refused to take the mattress up. I had to argue with them for ages until they very grudgingly took it up. They left it propped against a wall & didn't remove the dirty plastic wrap.

    Quality Emma mattress without a single mark on it, double wrapped with strong polythene. Excellent communications with seller. Price was amazing. My elderly parents are over the moon with it. Delivery was arranged to their address not mine and I got tracking information for the delivery. Will use you again when I need a new mattress. Highly recommended. I doubt you'll find better on Ebay!
