  the item was packed horribly and disrespectfully. Just look at the attached photos. The box was all smashed and opened. I got another delivery with 6(!) colognes, each was packed individually, carefully, and diligently and there was also plastic bubble all over the box. I told the crook about that, but I never got a reply. So, on top of everything else the communication is horrible too
