  Item arrived broken but seller did replace with a new one the problem was the returns label,i printed it off but the post office could not scan it as it was a photo image i had been sent, and it was blurred i asked many times to resend it but it never came. so i opened a return claim to get a label for which the seller very quickly asked me to close the claim so after nearly a week of me using my time i managed to improve the image so it could be scaned so the item was returned and cased
