    Item arrived suspiciously fast, as if the seller hand-delivered it via teleportation. Wrapped like a national treasure—bit of tape, bit of mystery, all charm. Product was exactly as described, maybe even better. Honestly, I didn’t need it, but now I can’t imagine life without it. Seller clearly operates on a higher plane of excellence.     Thomas was nothing but professional, friendly and extremely efficient. There was a problem with delivery via Royal Mail, and Thomas resoved it quickly and I received the package the very next day. Sadly I didn't need the product in the end, so I returned it, as he had kindly included a return label just in case, as per our telephone conversation. Thomas refunded me within 24 hours. Black replacement plug exactly as it looked in the photo just as described and in perfect condition, the package could have benefited from a little bubble wrap but that's not a reflection on the seller at all just a suggestion!
