  Item arrived suspiciously fast, as if the seller hand-delivered it via teleportation. Wrapped like a national treasure—bit of tape, bit of mystery, all charm. Product was exactly as described, maybe even better. Honestly, I didn’t need it, but now I can’t imagine life without it. Seller clearly operates on a higher plane of excellence.   Thomas was nothing but professional, friendly and extremely efficient. There was a problem with delivery via Royal Mail, and Thomas resoved it quickly and I received the package the very next day. Sadly I didn't need the product in the end, so I returned it, as he had kindly included a return label just in case, as per our telephone conversation. Thomas refunded me within 24 hours.
