There was a problem with delivery via Royal Mail, and Thomas resoved it quickly and I received the package the very next day. Sadly I didn't need the product in the end, so I returned it, as he had kindly included a return label just in case, as per our telephone conversation. Thomas refunded me within 24 hours. The goods arrived and appeared as it said in the tin , well packaged and in good condition and appears to be of good quality .     Great value, ordered a new extension plug for already owned massager. Black replacement plug exactly as it looked in the photo just as described and in perfect condition, the package could have benefited from a little bubble wrap but that's not a reflection on the seller at all just a suggestion! Speedy delivery and good quality, got my massager going again so my back and neck are happy again ☺️

    I needed to ask for clarification about the product and the seller responded courteously and promptly. This remote has a very neat appearance and is much easier to use than the bulky Bose remote.
