  Bought this item on January 14th. Received no communication or tracking for over two weeks before I contacted seller and asked what was going on. Seller finally answered and said there was something wrong with the quality of the rug and were waiting to receive more before shipping me one. I asked for a refund and cancel my order and had to wait and beg 4 days before they refunded. Terrible communication, terrible customer service. Will not buy from again

  BEWARE BEWARE How this seller has 97% ratings is beyond me! I purchased multiple products from this seller in two separate transaction’s starting November 5th. It’s now end of December and my products have not shipped. Seller continues to promise units will ship out soon and to this day nothing! Seller created a shipping label 12/11/24 but no product has shipped. TOTAL SCAM! eBay is no help!! They encouraged me to continue to keep contact with seller but it’s pointless! Stay away!!!
