  These pants were somehow lost in the mail. Contacted seller and she looked into it. Seller was not able to locate item even though delivered to the Post Office. The seller refunded me completely minus the Colorado Delivery fee ($0.29). I was unable to contact an agent at eBay to get this CO Delivery fee refunded, as I never received the item. Sigh. I believe the seller tried to do this too. I can't rate the item as I never received the item to rate.
