  I have returned the item back, seller was very with good communicating and refunded me quickly. But I didn't get full refund. Return postage £3.25 is bit too much for a small bag of screws, I believe it's ebay charged me for postage. Great ebayer thanks.

  Courier lost the parcel and led us a merry dance while they 'looked for it', before we decided we had to inform the seller. The Seller was fantastic and wasted no time in refunding us.
