Vendor didn't respond to my 1st msg about the condition of the item, but was easy to phone. I was reassured the pumps on the bottle were in working order. Item arrived quickly, but one of the pumps was damamged. Vendor responded promptly to my msg & promised a replacement sent out next day. Replacement pumps arrived within a few days. They worked fine. I was very happy with the price & reasonably happy with the service.
