    Sadly one was broken on delivery, very well packaged (heavy handed courier). Seller offered a refund or replacement with no issues whatsoever. Just how it should be. Very happy with the service I got from this seller, but not happy with the courier.

    Ordered 2 sets of wind deflectors for my car, a parcel arrives and was damaged and was only one set in the box, I then opened the box and found not only one item missing, but the item in the box to be snapped and damaged. I’ve messaged the seller and they take 24 hours to reply to each message, they offer no help what so ever and aren’t doing anything to solve the issue in hand. Would avoid this company at all costs. They take your money and don’t care about the customer ! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

    The item consisted of 4 wind deflectors, 3 of which fitted perfectly, and 1 did not. Contacted seller, and the dialogue was proceeding well. Then due to a set of unfortunate circumstances, the dialogue ended. Ebay was contacted and a refund was arranged. This was expedited in a timely manner. MK Tuning 1 did contact me again and explained what had happened, but by then the refund process had been initiated. I have no problem with the company at all - as I said, it was just unfortunate.
