This item was a little late in arriving and had only been popped into a jiffy bag with no extra bubble wrap, or similar, as protection. As a consequence it arrived with its box somewhat the worse for wear! Happily I had one I had just finished so could use that and the contents are exactly as described so I am happy in that respect. However, it would cause me pause for thought before ordering again from this Seller, which is a pity.

Poor seller, sent different tape as advertised, when I ask about this took a long time to respond ,then told me I could return tape ,no mention of money . Not worth me sending back at my cost ,but ended up with tape I didn’t order . Poor communication = poor seller

Thankfully the item seems to be as described. It's a present so has not been opened yet but looks to be a new and sealed so I am hoping it is ok. My only slight issue was I tried to contact the seller before making the purchase to check some details buy I did not get a reply.

The package was delayed by the courier Evri for over a week. When it did arrive it had unfortunately been damaged in transit. The seller promptly accepted a return and refund in full for Evri's faults, hence a positive outcome. The ratings of the product and its dispatch that ebay ask about would reflect the cock ups by Evri not the seller who fulfilled their duties so it is unfair to give any.
