The item gave wildly inaccurate blood pressure readings. It was returned exactly as it arrived. The vendor refused a refund as they claimed an instruction book was missing. There was no such item in the unsealed box when opened. Their replies were unhelpful and a refund was only received after I explained that I would be approaching eBay admin for help.

Thanks for your feedback and let's talk about facts and not opinions. This item is not a medical device. Buyers can open a return case for any reason and usually the seller pays for return postage, which was in this case. The item was returned with missing contents and even in this case, we gave a full refund. I believe we did everything that we could in this case :)
