I decided to go with this company due to them offering ‘special day delivery’. This is a LIE. I was messed around daily, told 2 completely different things from the company and the courier. I can’t pretend I’m not happy with the wardrobe (when it EVENTUALLY arrived), it is lovely and good quality. But the company seriously need to sort themselves out, absolute shocking service and communication from the outset.

Arrived before estimated delivery date, sadly when unpacked notice the base was damaged and some fixing missing I made contacted to explain the problem, it was passed over to the relevant department I heard back quickly parts was ordered and replacement was delivered just over a week later. Great communication and thank you to all involved in getting things sorted out and replaced. I would definitely use this seller again.
