    Ordered product 18 days ago send a message in lady says that UPS lost my package and she has filled out a complaint and they are investigating it. But they never bothered to contact me and let me know that my package was lost and it was under investigation. If they knew the package was lost why do they not send me a new package at that time. And waited for me to call in and ask for my package was.

    Hello all my dear customers. The buyer misunderstood and his statement is not TRUE. We have the receipt for investigation report with the date, we opened the investigation after the buyer reported to us. The first thing we did, refunded the buyer, then opened an investigation, also offered the buyer a replacement at no charge. Anyone else, be more than happy to get a replacement free but the buyer said no! Please judge, when the buyer had a tracking # and never reported an issue!
